This lesson will help you learn appropriate responses after a customer accidentally dropped some bread on the floor.
It
is common for customers to choose some items from bread display racks
and put them in serving trays using tongs and then go to the cashier
counter to pay when buying bread at bakeries.
If you force customers to pay for the goods that cannot be eaten anymore, will they ever come back to your store again?
Such
an inappropriate response may make and spread rumors that you did not
respond appropriately, and consequently lose customers.
In order
to keep customers from having negative feelings and keep them happy and
coming back, you must keep in mind the importance of appropriate
responses.
INTRODUCTION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS VIDEO LESSON SERIES
Surely
it costs a lot to train new employees. It happened quite often that new
employees just quit despite your efforts by taking time out of your
busy schedule to train them.
However, all employees, regardless of length of employment, are required minimum training for
good
customer service. Untrained customer service skills may cause
inconvenience to customers and may damage to your business reputation.
This lesson aims to help employees self-train the basics of customer service.
In the second installment of my What's In My Bag: Purse Organization
series I am showcasing my current cross-body style purse that I've been
wearing this summer by Rebecca Minkoff. Even when I switch bags I keep
the organization and contents the same. If you missed the tote style
purse organization video and would like to watch it, there is a link
below. As always, I'd love to know how you keep the contents of your
bag organized if you care to share! Thanks for watching :)
Small Awnings are fabricated with a simple sleeve for the front bar
(without a tie bar) and a similar small sleeve for the head rod. Tension
is imparted to the face of the cover in this case by adjusting the pipe
in the eye ends on the struts. Of course, simple loose frame awnings do
not require any tensioning on the face since gravity does this work.
Watch the video to see how one is made and then order the supplies from
Sailrite.
